Due to the nature of food products, special return conditions apply.

1. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened food products

  • Ready-to-eat snacks

  • Perishable items

  • Products with broken seals

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days.

4. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
